1. Purpose and Scope
This site provides download links, setup references, and user guides for graphical clients such as v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. This material is for learning, technical research, and configuration guidance in lawful network environments only. It is not legal advice, a commitment to provide network services, or a guarantee that the software is suitable for any particular purpose.
This site is an independent information resource. Listing project names, showing software interfaces, or providing download links does not make us the developers or authorized representatives of those open-source projects, or a network service provider. Documentation examples explain settings and workflows; they do not include working service accounts or subscription access.
2. Legal Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules set by your organization, network operator, and relevant service providers. Before installing or configuring any software, you are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to use it and whether you need permission.
Do not use this site's content or related software for unlawful activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft or disclosure, cyberattacks, or infringement of others' rights. A technical capability does not mean its use is authorized. Stop if you believe an action may violate applicable rules.
3. Third-Party Software and Download Links
Each open-source project provides and maintains its own software. Its features, compatibility, release schedule, and license terms are governed by the project's own documentation. We collect download links but do not control third-party development, guarantee that links will remain available, or warrant that any version will suit a particular device.
Before installing, check your operating system, processor architecture, and permission requirements, and review the software's license and notices. Subscriptions, servers, and other network services are provided by third parties. We do not sell or promise to provide these services, or take part in transactions between users and providers.
4. Risks and Limitations of Liability
Client updates, system differences, port conflicts, routing, and DNS settings can all affect how software works. Menus and steps in our documentation may differ as versions change. We do not guarantee that the content is always complete or current, or that a configuration will work for every use case.
Back up essential data before changing settings, note your existing network configuration, and test changes in an environment you can restore. Do not share subscription links, account details, or full logs with untrusted sources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for connection interruptions, lost settings, or data loss resulting from third-party software or configuration changes made using our examples.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, logos, software code, and related materials of Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and each client belong to their respective rights holders. We use these names only for identification and description; this does not imply that the projects endorse or are affiliated with this site.
Copying, modifying, redistributing, or commercially using software is subject to the open-source license accompanying the relevant version. Open-source code is not free of license conditions. Please credit this site when quoting original material. Use of third-party quotes, images, and examples must also comply with the original rights holders' requirements.
6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the site's content or features, or to meet legal requirements. Updates will appear on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. We will note significant changes to conditions of use on relevant pages. Revisions apply to visits and use from the date they are posted and do not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under applicable law.
If you do not accept the revised terms, stop using the relevant features. For installation or setup questions, start with Troubleshooting and Getting Started, and follow the steps for your issue. If this site's guidance differs from the software's actual behavior, check your version and its accompanying documentation before deciding whether to proceed.
